"Birth is an opportunity to transcend. To rise above what we are accustomed to, reach deeper inside ourselves than we are familiar with, and to see not only what we are truly made of, but the strength we can access in and through birth."

Placenta Encapsulation

The placenta is perfectly created by your body to nourish your baby during pregnancy. Nearly all mammals consume their placenta after giving birth in order to retain the important nutrients and hormones. Placenta encapsulation allows you to access to the benefits of the placenta through a more palatable approach.

Consuming the placenta is believed to yield the following benefits:

Smoothie

Placenta smoothie

A smoothie is a great way to take advantage of the placenta’s benefits at the time of birth. A small chunk of the placenta is combined with frozen fruit to make a refreshing and energizing postpartum recovery snack.

$30

* A smoothie is included in the Premium package or can be added to any package a la carte

Placenta tincture

A tincture is a great way to extend the life of your placenta remedy. The tincture is a small bottle containing a piece of the placenta in vodka, which is left to ferment for at least six weeks. After that time, it can be taken during times of transition or stress, returning menstrual cycles, and menopause. Specific dosage instructions are included upon delivery.

$15

* One tincture is included in the Standard and Premium packages. Additional units can be added to any package a la carte.
