“My dream is that every woman, everywhere, will know the joy of a truly safe, comfortable, and satisfying birthing for herself and her baby.”  – Marie Mongan

Hello! My name is Liliana Delgado Garcia. I was born in Guanajuato, Mexico but was raised in Georgia from the tender age of 1.

My passion for birth has always been a part of my life. I remember growing up watching TLCs “A Baby Story” and just being so fascinated by birth and the strength those birthing mothers had. So, without a doubt, I knew I wanted to pursue a future in the birthing field I just didn’t know which path to take just yet.

The traumatic birth of my 1st born in 2009 is what fueled my desire to learn more about childbirth. My waters prematurely ruptured at 36 weeks of gestation. Being young and uneducated on the process of childbirth, I rushed to the hospital with excitement thinking it was time to meet my precious baby boy. Upon arrival, they performed a cervical check which showed that I was only maybe 2 centimeters dilated and contractions were not picking up. Ultimately, the care team did everything they possibly could to speed things up and the cascade of interventions led me to have an “emergency” c-section.

Having gone through this I dove into the research. This is where I learned I could birth my next baby vaginally and also learned that I would need to advocate for myself tremendously to achieve my VBAC goal. I went on to have my successful hospital VBAC in 2013 and then two home births, one in 2020 and my last in 2022.

My learning experience has been one heck of a beautiful rollercoaster. I cannot wait to serve you and your family and share my passion of birth wih you.
